LOS ANGELES (October 1, 2023) The Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA) announced today that the Los Angles River Recreation Zone in both the Sepulveda Basin and Elysian Valley locations is CLOSED for the 2023 Season. The Recreation Zone will open again Memorial Day 2024.
